Selecting the right listing

Rental proposal & assignment

After assessing your needs, you will receive a clear rental proposal from us. The rental proposal is based on your and your employees' preferences, as well as the desired characteristics of the property. Upon approval of the rental proposal, we will digitally send you a rental agreement.

Rental agreement

You will receive the rental agreement from us after approving the rental proposal. The rental agreement outlines the agreements made. The rental agreement is between you and Maxxy and serves as the basis for the rental and the mutually agreed-upon terms regarding the contract duration, rent amount, management, and notice period. Once the rental agreement is signed by both you and us, the key handover will take place.

Handing over the keys

On this day, a thorough pre-inspection of the property is conducted, and you receive a detailed handover report including photos of the current state. From the moment the keys are handed over, your employees can immediately enjoy their new homes. Our homes are delivered fully furnished.
